You can upload up to 3 JPGS (1 MB maximum each) OR submit a link to a YouTube video that you have created detailing your experience with a One Man Band Kata bag.
In order to qualify for the contest you must provide either a JPG or a YouTube video link to review. Each JPG cannot be more than 1MB and the video link must be a valid YouTube web address. Must have a valid U.S. address to be eligible to win the prize.
