What can we say!! We love the place and can not get enough of West Virginia. In the fall the colors are unsurpassed. Of all the places we travel to catch fall colors, those of West Virginia take first place. Almost without fail they are breathtaking. There is no need to expound on the area since a description is given in the West Virginia “summer workshop” above. Every season is unique, unfolding new and exciting photographic opportunities. As always, we will take full advantage of good light “painting with light” in every way, shape and form possible – all day!

Our days are long but full of learning experiences and excellent camaraderie. For this fall workshop we will once again use “Our Home” as base camp for some meals. Lodging will be at the local Marlinton Motor Inn right up the road. The Cost is $775.00 and includes most meals by the Lanes. The workshop will begin Wednesday the 6th at 5:00 p.m. and end Saturday around 11:00 a.m. A block of rooms has been reserved for your convenience. It is suggested that you make your room reservation as soon as possible – lots of activities take place on in Marlinton during the fall.
