In the event that the cost of repair for parts and labor is judged by you to be uneconomical, Manfrotto Distribution offers a goodwill credit for substantial savings of a new replacement. Replacement item may be same item (if available), equivalent product, or trade-up in same category.

Trade-in is not available on items that have been discontinued for more than 5 years. No replacement item will be shipped until Manfrotto Distribution has possession of the trade-in item. Trade-in items become the property of Manfrotto Distribution and will not be returned.
